Who can open a trade account?

Businesses that resell print: print shops, graphic designers, print brokers, marketing agencies and in-house creative teams. We do not sell to the public.

What does blind shipping mean?

Your order ships in plain packaging with your business as the return address. Nothing in the box or on the label mentions us, so your client only ever sees you.

How fast is turnaround?

Most standard products are produced and delivered in 1 to 2 business days after proof approval, printed at the plant closest to the delivery address. Custom work is quoted with its own date.

How do I send my artwork?

With a quote request, paste a link to your print-ready PDF (Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer or your own server). For a standard order, our team contacts you for the file after checkout.

Do you check my files?

Yes. Every file is checked for bleed, resolution, fonts and colour space, and you approve a proof before anything goes to press.
